When it comes to outfits, we all want to start from the bottom upwards right? I am a huge fan of choosing clothing that is suitable but also fashionable. I want shoes that make me feel good and that get me from a to b. I thought it would be a great idea to share my top 5 shoes for travelling, for when you’re really looking for comfort and style. After all, who doesn’t love a good pair of shoes?
Travelling a lot means I go through shoes like yesterdays jam. I find my luggage is always mostly filled with 80% shoes and 20% everything else. Here are my top 5 shoes for travelling (and why).
- New Balance 990 – a flagship New Balance silhouette that goes with just about anything. Lightweight materials and large midsole make this so versatile and comfortable. Can wear these for days on end.
- Adidas Samba – always trending and prefect for short or long trips. Never take up much room in the luggage either. I tend to pack these for late night strolls. Always have a beater pair by my front door for walking the dog.
- Nike Alphafly Next% – may be a running shoe, but so bouncy. Would recommend these to anyone.
- Crocs – it doesn’t get any easy than having a pair of Crocs. Lightweight and perfect for long haul flights and quick trips out.
- Nike Air Max 97’s – have a pair of these exclusively for travelling. Keep them as best because I just love them so much. Probably the most comfortable shoe I own. Really stylish and super breathable which make them perfect for long walks. They’re chunky though, definitely a pair to wear when travelling instead of packing them with my Crocs.
